Alice’s Wonderland Inspires H.Stern’s Ring Collection
The new 3-D version of Alice in Wonderland might not have particularly clicked with the audiences or make a startling impression on the critics, it did inspire some jewelry. H. Stern draws a lot from the Wonderland for a new concept collection in collaboration with Disney that is quite confident about taking the wearer down the rabbit hole for a tantalizing fantasy experience.

Tim Burton’s latest film helped Stern to think of a gorgeous collection that has been artistically sculpted in gold and diamonds each with a remarkable intricate detail. The five piece Wonderland ring collection consists of the Cheshire Cat, the Jabberwocky which sits on a double band ring. As for the other patterns, they draw heavily from the rich and organic scenery.

The Wonderland rings are extremely exclusive and so can be purchased only by placing a special order. Stern’s webpage claimed that the ring collection is a delibrate ‘moving away from the obvious characters of the story’. That is one reason why the designer has indulged more in the natural elements and the spectacular creatures of the Wonderland who otherwise go unnoticed.
