Chema Dumpa Fry Recipe:
Red chilli powder
* Boil Taro roots in water and drain them when they are done.
* Peel them when they warm to touch.
* Cut them length wise.
* Marinate them for 1/2 hr. in Sambhar pow, chilli pow and salt. If needed sprinkle just a little water/oil to mix them evenly.
* Fry them on a hot oiled skillet in batches and serve when they are hot and crispy.
Be careful while boiling Taro roots because they will be done in mins. Make sure they are not mushy soft.
